The secret to Meridian 25's superior ice retention lies in its custom-manufactured Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIPs). Commonly used in the medical and aerospace industries, these gas-tight enclosures have a rigid core and function like a thermos flask, providing unmatched heat insulation. With an initial thermal resistance of 0.004 W/(m.k), VIPs offer the ultimate in thermal insulation, rivaling the inches of traditional closed cell foam found in other coolers.
Full-Grain Leather & Anodized Hardware
The lightweight design includes a full grain leather carry strap and integrated handles for easy handling, or opt for the full grain leather shoulder strap for an effortless extended day out. From double stitched, full-grain, vegetable tanned leather to natural cork inserts, Meridian 25 is built using only premium materials.
Friction Hinges
Every detail has been refined to exacting standards, including custom-designed hinges and a single-handed latch.
Integrated LED Interior Light
Opening the lid in low ambient light automatically activates the LED light module, ensuring a full view of the cooler's contents no matter where you are. The removable LED module is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery which is UL, FAA, TSA and IATA compliant, meaning you can travel by air with Meridian 25 on all of your adventures.
Airtight Silicone Seal
The recessed, food grade silicone lid gasket ensures maximum thermal efficiency, fully complementing the custom manufactured core insulation for serious ice retention.
Food-Safe, BPA-Free Materials
All materials and processes are BPA free and FDA food safe certified.

Every component, including the leather handles and aluminum hardware, is recyclable — aluminum and stainless steel are chosen for their durability and ability to be recycled without compromising quality.
Shell & Fixtures
Constructed with impact-resistant composite PC/ABS thermoplastics, Meridian 25 has a lightweight yet sturdy design built to last. The precision achieved through advanced 950-ton injection molding allows for intricate features and precise parts — non-slip feet, integrated side handles, and hardware set flush rather than proud.
